Peppermint Springs Farm spans 131 scenic acres in the Missouri countryside with natural springs and two lakes.

Location
The property is off highway FF, it sneaks up on you after a twisty turn sign. There is a white peppermint springs farm sign in the front near the entrance. Once you enter, go through the gate and past the no trespassing or private property signs. Continue down the bumpy gravel road. After the fields, you will pass the main house on the right and continue down the road. Follow the road down the hill. When you near the lake, the road has a left turn option, do not turn left. Follow the road and you will come to an uphill gravel driveway for the lakehouse.
